Priyam ensures that every single transaction on our website is easy and seamless. We follow standard operating systems to deliver our products and adhere to the highest quality checks and standards. If there’s ever a situation in which you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to the options for returning or exchanging any of the items.
Shipping Information
For all orders within India, Priyam offers free shipping. For International deliveries, Priyam offers free shipping on orders above Rs.50,000/- and on orders below Rs.50,000/-, we charge an applicable amount for shipping. For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on ShopPriyam.com. For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight, and volume of the products purchased. With the estimated delivery date provided for your order at the time of placing the order, you will also be sent an order confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Note: The shipping charge does not include import duties. Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
Delivery Timelines
Order delivery is contingent on the designer, approximately 4-8 weeks. Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, you will be notified of the same.
Returns / Refunds & Exchange
We advise our customers to check the ordered products and quantity on the invoice before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. This refers to every kind of purchase made on our website. In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to the packet, please leave a remark on the receipt to the logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products. In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at priyamofficialsales@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, color mismatch, or fabric mismatch.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: Order number, 2. Delivery address, 3. Specify the reason for return, and 4. In case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item. Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, post which our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action. The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by the Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on ShopPriyam.com as accurately as possible. However, different devices can reflect color variations. There could be variations between what you see on your computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices. And so, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
Refund
Any refund will be made in the original method of payment – This will be processed within 7 business days after receiving products as per Priyam. If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the refund will also include the proportionate shipping cost. NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear, etc. Custom made and Made to order products Unstitched items like Stoles, Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse pieces. Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you. Products that are purchased during any sale / promotion Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
Orders on "Discount"
There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of discounts were applied. For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale, offer, or discount code.
